Yes, subject to availability all equipment hire periods can be extended. Additional daily hire charges will apply.

All deposits are non-refundable.
Yes. The Booking & VAT Exemption Form indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to a completed form. If you are chronically sick or have a disabling condition this form must be completed in order to qualify for a zero-rated supply of goods.
Any incident or damage to equipment must be reported immediately. All clients will receive emergency contact details. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further information on emergency call out procedures.
