Positive experience

Karen was very helpful in guiding us on our first time hiring a scooter. She delivered the scooter on time and kept in touch by phone to let us know how far away she was and when to expect her. She also gave us a tutorial in how to take the scooter to bits so that we could load it into the car and answered all our questions and gave us the confidence to use the scooter and enjoy our holiday. She also picked the scooter up at the alloted time and the whole experience was a positive one. We are planning to go back to Hayle for our holiday next year and will be using this service again.
