Without Karen’s help, it looked as though we may have to cancel our mini break to Cornwall due to my ongoing hip issues.
Right from the start, Karen was a breath of fresh air, with good old-fashioned customer care and service. Via email, she explained the most appropriate mobility scooter for my needs. It was delivered to the hotel during our journey down, and full instructions were given to the hotel reception staff. I was so relieved to see the scooter in the hotel reception on arrival.
If it hadn’t been for Karen, the Eden Project would certainly not have been possible.
I had never even sat on a mobility scooter before, but I found it very simple to use after just a couple of minutes.
The scooter was collected from the hotel during our journey home.
Karen, I know we didn’t even meet, but thank you so much for your help, I was able to fully enjoy my few days away.
