This is the second year of hiring a mobility scooter from this company and I could find no fault with them whatsoever. From the moment I made my booking and the scooter being dropped off and then collected Karen was nothin but helpful. This year we had a larger minibus and she showed us an easy way to load the scooter without disassembling it. She explained in detail what to do if we encountered any problems and even remembered us from last year.
We will of course be returning to Cornwall in the future and Karen will be our first stop for a scooter.
